New for Summer of 2020 is the AMB 1400 series 220 Volt milling motor. The most powerful milling motor in the AMB lineup with 1400 watts (1.88 HP) of power. The new lower range of 3,500 RPM takes advantage of the added torque with a max RPM of 25,000.
As with all AMB motors it has a 43mm mounting flange with double bearings for higher milling forces. Full-wave control electronics ensure the same speed even during hard milling work. Electronic thermal overload protection protects against overheating while complete encapsulation of the electronics offers additional protection. Soft start technology ensures years of trouble-free performance. The AMB 1400 is standard with the ER16 collet setup, Quick Connect power cord and is available with the optional “DI” Digital Input speed control.
